Every Luxet engagement begins with a discovery call rather than a listings dump. From there we build a short, ranked shortlist — typically three to five live opportunities — that match those constraints, with a clear note on what will and will not qualify under the current Active Investor Plus settings.

Our process — from enquiry to settlement
- Discovery call. A 30-minute conversation to understand your goals, capital and timing.
- Shortlist. A ranked shortlist of three to five live opportunities with structured commercial notes.
- Adviser sync. Introductions to an immigration adviser, a New Zealand lawyer and an accountant where you do not already have one.
- Deep dive. Site visits, data-room access and management meetings on the businesses you want to pursue.
- Negotiation and due diligence. We coordinate the commercial timeline with your professional team running independent due diligence.
- Settlement and onboarding. Funds release, share or asset transfer, and a structured handover into the business.
